The ICS’s South Metropolitan Territorial Management (GTMS for its acronym) - which is made up of Bellvitge University Hospital, Viladecans Hospital, and the Southern Metropolitan Primary Care - is committed to promoting innovation in healthcare. In line with this strategic axis, the Innovation section of the www.bellvitgehospital.cat website has been reformulated, which will be fed with the most outstanding innovation projects of the territory's devices. The space highlights four pages corresponding to Innovation projects already underway (GTMS): Ritmocore, Strack, the multi-sensory boxes of the ICU, and Radiomica. In the coming weeks, the portfolio of projects will be expanded with initiatives financed with European funds, the 4LocaLHealth plan of the City Council of Hospitalet, and those included in the framework of the GTMS’s DAIPO project.
On each project webpage, visitors can learn about the goals, the solution devised, the value proposition, the project figures, the funding, and the participants’ names. They can also download a PDF datasheet summarising the main information.
The GTMS Innovation Model is presented as well, which includes support for innovation management, the promotion of innovation culture, and the development of the innovation ecosystem.
