As a tribute to Bellvitge University Hospital on the occasion of its 50th anniversary, ONCE has marketed 5 million tickets with the image of the hospital for this Saturday’s draw (19 November).
This morning Rosa Díaz, director of the ONCE agency in Hospitalet de Llobregat, gave Dr. Montserrat Figuerola, manager of Bellvitge University Hospital, a framed image of the lottery ticket that ONCE has dedicated to the hospital's anniversary.
"It is a great honour for us to dedicate this lottery ticket to Bellvitge University Hospital, a benchmark health centre in Catalonia and Spain, which watches over our wellbeing day after day", said Rosa Díaz. “After such tough years,” she added, “we are especially excited to dedicate one of our lottery tickets to a great team of professionals who are always ready for whatever may come”.
On behalf of the hospital, Dr Figuerola thanked ONCE for the tribute, “an organisation that carries out important social work, and with which we feel a special affinity”, Dr Figuerola stated.
The ONCE tickets are marketed by a network of 19,000 sales agents, 2,500 of whom are located in Catalonia.
