To smooth the access to the hospital for patients with mobility problems, a companion will be allowed to go in with them. This companion will have to leave the hospital once these patients arrive at their destination.
The Hospital has been forced to adopt this tough measure once again in view of the current worrying epidemiological situation, with the aim of maintaining the quality and safety care for all patients.
In order to mitigate this situation as much as possible, the protocol of alternative channels of information for patients' relatives has been reinforced, especially the telephone information.
We appeal to everyone’s understanding and responsibility in the face of a measure adopted with the patients’ best interests in mind.
