My mission is to drive the transformation of Bellvitge Hospital towards an integrated, innovative and people-centered healthcare model, where quality, safety and value are the principles that guide all actions. I work so that each process contributes to offering better care to patients, a better experience for professionals and a positive impact on the health of the population.

From the Processes Management, I lead the promotion of quality, continuous improvement, clinical management, value-based medicine and the development of healthcare services in the territory, promoting organizational models that favor coordination between teams, continuity of care and the efficient use of resources. I believe in an organization that learns, innovates and evolves constantly, where decisions are made based on evidence, results and the voice of patients.

Therefore, I promote a culture of collaboration, co-responsibility and shared leadership, which places people at the center of all decisions. My aspiration is to contribute to consolidating a hospital that is a benchmark in healthcare excellence, innovation and humanization, capable of generating maximum value for patients, professionals and the entire healthcare system.
