The Patient Management Department is a cross-functional support service whose mission is to oversee and manage patient flow, ensuring equitable and coordinated access across all levels of care, with transparency and with the patient at the centre of the process, safeguarding their rights and responsibilities.
Our challenge is to continue advancing patient participation, safeguarding patients' rights and responsibilities while respecting their opinions and autonomy.
We must continue moving forward to promote patient participation, as well as the simplification of administrative procedures and the humanization of the care process.
