Who is the Data Controller?
The data controller responsible for processing your personal data is the Catalan Health Institute (ICS), Tax Identification Number (NIF) Q5855029D.
However, as the Bellvitge University Hospital (hereinafter, the Hospital) is managed by the Catalan Health Institute, a public entity of the Government of Catalonia attached to the Department of Health and whose purpose is to provide public healthcare services, data subjects may contact the Hospital in order to ensure the protection of their personal data.

Your data will be processed for the purposes of:
Safeguarding the security of people, property and facilities.
To verify compliance with the law and internal regulations and, where appropriate, to report or sanction infringements.
What is the legal basis for the processing?
The legal basis for processing is the performance of a task carried out in the public interest (Article 6(1)(e) of the General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR).
With whom may we share your data?
No disclosures of data to third parties are planned, unless these images are required to be made available to the State's Security Forces and Bodies, to Courts and Tribunals, or to any other authorised body.
How long will we retain your data?
Data captured through the CCTV system will be retained for thirty (30) days, unless their retention is necessary to provide evidence of acts affecting the integrity of individuals, property, or facilities.
How can you exercise your rights?
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, data portability, or restriction of processing by sending an email to infraestructures.ics@gencat.cat.
