Three weeks ago Sant Celoni’s Colla de Geganters i Grallers launched a project to distinguish the work of hospitals, Primary Health Centres and other health centres all over Catalonia. Today it has arrived at the Bellvitge University Hospital (HUB) with their giant Mau.
For the first time, the Bellvitge Hospital (HUB) is one of the stops of the Innobus, a programme of the Innovation and Knowledge Agency of Baix Llobregat and Hospitalet (Innobaix) and the Metropolitan Area of Barcelona. For fifteen days, the bus visits leading companies and institutions of the area with the aim of delivering fresh ideas to innovation challenges. On Monday 3 October, the Innobaixers visited the HUB facilities to propose solutions that could have an impact on the citizens’ health.
Throughout the week of October 3rd to 8th, gymkhanas, talks, visits, and many other activities will bring science from the Bellvitge Campus closer to the public.
On Saturday, activities for all ages on the Open Day will end with a great party.
Seven scientific monologues from the Stand-up Science series, three research capsules Quinaciència! and four Tapas of Innovation will be released in the sinergia.l-h.cat website.
