As economic and financial director of Bellvitge Hospital, I work to ensure that the hospital’s resources are managed with rigour, efficiency and vision. I believe that good economic management is much more than just square numbers: it is creating the conditions so that professionals can offer the best possible health care to patients and so that the hospital continues to offer health care, research, teaching and innovation, quality and excellence.

I like to understand finance as a tool at the service of people. For this reason, I promote management based on transparency, collaboration and continuous improvement, convinced that economic sustainability is essential to build a quality public health system, resilient and prepared for the challenges of the future.
